Equipment Set Up and Take Down
Setting up our equipment and instruments typically takes around one hour, depending on the size of the venue and the complexity of the event. We take great care to ensure that all equipment is set up safely and securely, and that all cables and connections are properly tested and secured.
After the event, we typically require around an hour to take down and pack away all our equipment and instruments. We take great care to ensure that all equipment is properly stored and secured, and that the venue is left clean and tidy.
Insurance and Safety Measures
We take safety very seriously, and all our equipment (sound and lights) is PAT-tested to ensure that it meets strict safety standards. In addition, we have full public liability insurance to protect ourselves and our clients in the unlikely event of any accidents or incidents.
Space and Power Requirements
Finally, it’s worth noting that we usually require around 1m square of space per band member, as well as access to electricity for our sound and lighting equipment. When booking an event, please bear these requirements in mind to ensure that we can deliver the best possible experience for you and your guests.
