In addition to using electric cars, we encourage lift sharing where possible. Not only does this benefit the environment by helping to reduce our carbon footprint further, it also saves energy and saves parking spaces at our events.
When it comes to our equipment, we make sure that our spekers and disco lights are as lightweight as possible while still delivering high-quality sound and lighting. All of our disco lights are LED, which not only ensures less energy is used but also creates a more vibrant and dynamic atmosphere at our events.
We are also proud to say that our band is female-led and features musicians from a variety of age groups. In addition, when we recruit deps, we actively recruit from a range of ethnic and social backgrounds. We believe that diversity is crucial for creativity and innovation, and we are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all of our team members.
Finally, we make sure that all of our band members are paid equally. This ensures that everyone is valued for their contribution, regardless of their role within the band.
